Armor, Skid Plates and Protection. Subaru's are capable right from the factory but they are not fully armored from rocks or stumps. You may encounter hidden snags in the snow or mud. Whether you're on a back road adventure or your everyday travels. No one intends to put a hole in their oil pan, but it can happen. Subaru just puts a flimsy piece of black plastic between the ground and the oil pan, intended only as splash protection. The transmission and rear differential come with no protection.

Primitive underbody armor is the original and best protection you can buy. We have been making lightweight aluminum skid plates for more than 20 years. They are built to be rugged, functional and last the life of the car. We maximize ground clearance, approach, departure and break over angles. We design skid plates to make reversing over obstacles no problem. Jack-up points are built in, oil changes are made easier. We continue to advance and innovate Subaru Armor, Skid plates and Protection with our new and existing designs.
