Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing and get-primitive.com reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing and get-primitive.com may require additional verifications or information before accepting orders for particular products. Once you have placed an online, phone or other type of order with Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing or get-primitive.com, you have agreed to purchase and you will be charged immediately.
Vehicle Modifications: Some modifications and combinations of modifications are not recommended and Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing and get-primitive.com cannot be responsible for you breaking local car modification, speed, or safety laws. Most products are intended for off-highway use and may not be legal in your country, state or other type of local government. Consult your owner’s manual, instructions for each product and all laws before undertaking these modifications. The owner and user are solely responsible for the legality and safety of the vehicle you modify using these components! Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing and get-primitive.com are not responsible for any physical or financial damages as result of proper or improper installation, usage, or ownership of this product.
Modification of a vehicles suspension will result in a change in the handling characteristics of your vehicle.As with ANY vehicle, extreme care must be taken to prevent loss of control or roll-over during all driving maneuvers. Always wear seat belts, and drive safely, recognizing that reduced speeds and specialized driving techniques may be required. Failure to drive your vehicle safely may result in serious injury or death!
Ordering Procedure: Primitive Racing Inc, Primitive Racing and get-primitive.com fill orders in the order they are received. Your credit card is charged immediately upon placing an order. If all or part of your order is not in stock, we will be in contact with you to determine whether to break the order into multiple shipments. Some items are made to order and can take up to 6-8 weeks for shipment.
International Shipping/Customs Duties: All shipment terms unless stated otherwise are FOB. The shipping that we charge does not cover or include any local taxes, customs fees, duties or brokerage fees associated with importing our goods. Recipients are responsible for paying these fees through: the shipping carriers broker or directly to the local government/government body, In some cases customs bills may be received after items have been delivered.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased new from Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing or get-primitive.com, please contact us. We want you to be satisfied, and we will make resolving the issue our priority. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns. There is a minimum 25% restocking fee that applies to products that are returned. All returns must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery date. All returns must be authorized in writing by Primitive Enterprises Inc. before any products are sent back, unauthorized returns that arrive may be refused receipt, subject to additional fees or both. We are only able to take back items that are complete and in new, UN-used condition and still sealed in retail packaging if applicable. Due to the nature of Electrical items, we do not accept them for return. Custom made products, products with custom options or products that have been modified as requested by the customer are not returnable, I.E. fully assembled struts/suspension packages, Skid plates with Header spacer, oil hole or lightbar modification options are considered custom and not eligible for Return. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, customers are also wholly responsible for return shipping costs back to Primitive. Primitive is also not responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping, poorly packed and damaged returns will be rejected at customers expense. Primitive Enterprises Inc will asses returns on a case by case basis, arrangements and payment for return shipping are to be made by the customer. It is the intention of Primitive Enterprises Inc to make the customer satisfied and we understand that extenuating circumstances may arise making your return ineligible per our policy, please contact us.
Order Cancellations: If you have any doubts or questions about a product before placing your order, we strongly encourage you to reach out to Primitive Enterprises Inc. Customer Service first. Our knowledgeable team is here to help guide you through the process, answer your questions, and make sure you’re getting the right products for your needs before you complete your purchase.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be stopped, and a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders that are canceled after being placed but before being shipped. Cancellations cannot be made after orders have been shipped and are then considered as returns and treated as such.
Refused packages that are returned to us may be subject to additional fees.
Any return credits or refunds are processed within 15 business days of receiving the items, allow an additional 12-14 business days for credit card refunds to post to your account.
Payment Terms: Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing and get-primitive.com accept all credit cards with appropriate billing and shipping addresses. Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing and get-primitive.com can on some occasions accept Paypal.com, money orders, checks, and wire transfers. All orders can be completed online (if applicable), by phone or via Email. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise.
We accept ALL major credit cards including American Express and Discover.
Warranty: Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing and get-primitive.com branded products are covered by a Limited Lifetime warranty, our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If you are the original retail purchaser and a defective product is encountered you may return it to be considered for replacement. It is the customers responsibility to provide proof of purchase. Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective product. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been damaged by improper usage, accident, neglect, alteration, or abuse. Warranty excludes cosmetics, coatings, and appearance and applies only to the function of the Product for its intended manner and purpose. In no event will we be liable for special or consequential damages to any buyer, user, or other person.
All products sold by but not branded Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing and get-primitive.com come with the warranty that is applied directly by their manufacturer. Primitive Enterprises Inc, Primitive Racing and get-primitive.com does not offer additional warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for off-highway use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professionals in professional service centers only. The customer and the manufacturer should handle all warranty issues directly.
