| Direct bolt-on to most 4EAT auto transmission. Some modifications might be needed if you have an after-market exhaust or a pre-2004 model car. The formed aluminum is louvered for the best heat dissipation while protecting all those sensitive solenoids located just above the flat belly pan of the 4EAT automatic transmission. Great skid plate and is easy to install using existing hardware. Just use caution not to create a case leak when installing. You are loosening the transmission case bolts and using them to install this skid plate over the belly of the transmission. |
