” The setup is fantastic Paul, it feels like a totally different car. Thanks so much for the guidance and help. Regards, -Ben ”
Ben ordered KYB struts (with up-rated rear struts) and paired with the King Raised Springs on his ’06 OBXT and appears to love it.
” Hey, I just wanted to say that I received the kit and got everything installed. Everything was spot-on and fit up perfectly. I loved how each different stage of the install had its own separate set of instructions, parts list, and photos. It was really nice to never second guess which hardware to use or what parts went where. Install was smooth sailing. Thank you so much for putting the extra time and effort to get such a great product on the market! ” -Eli purchased 2″ Lift Kit 3/19
I have been driving on the new suspension setup more than two months and I have to tell you that I am very glad that I made the purchase of the raised height King Springs and that I got the alternative KYB struts for the rear of my 2008 Outback. Continue reading
Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the triple armour skid plates and brushbar on our 2012 Outback. Have some Lightforce auxiliary lights on it which makes the driving in our long dark winters up here in the Yukon much safer and enjoyable, definitely have helped spot the wildlife, and it’s nice having the extra protection. This will make the next trip up the Dempster Highway so much more enjoyable this winter.
From Hamish in Australia with a 2009 Forester!
Just wanted to give some feedback after taking the kit out for some offroading.
First of all the lift looks awesome, and really makes the vehicle stand out. The ride is better than stock with much less body roll, and it handles charging over speed humps a lot better.
Jan 28, 2015: I’ll send more [pictures] when I change the tires. RIDES AWESOME!!!
Besides a Full Body Armor kit for back roads in his 2004 Forester XT, Wayne got FULLY ASSEMBLED KYB struts with King RAISING SPRINGS and our impact absorbing 3/4″ front and 1″ rear spacer kit. He received our PRIMITIVE RTAS (Rear Trailing Arm Spacers) and some camber bolts to complete the alignment. Big lift and good ride, hope to hear that the handling is top notch too.
We sell a lot of lightbars, lightpods, and brushbars. And I get asked all the time for: “the best lights possible” So I am writing a series of articles on DRIVING LIGHTS to help dispel some myths and shed some light on the many factors that go into choosing the best lights for your needs. PART 1
Right now, LED lights are all the rage. Super bright, low draw on the altenator, long life, and expensive. Hundreds of cheap Chinese made alternatives getting cheaper every day appearing on eBay…
But what many people don’t think about, especially when used in racing or rally applications, is that the small lenses of LED lightbars can’t focus a tight pattern and project a lot of lumens out past 500 yards. Sure they are super bright when your buddy stands in front of it, but how good is it on a back road and you are hauling the mail so to speak. Continue reading
